LumiGloss Frost

The first member of our LumiGloss family. Frost is a healing express toner that has both panthenol and hydrolyzed wheat protein in it to create healthy, soft, icy blonde hair. Like LumiGloss Honey (used for warm tones), Frost balances the pH of hair and evens out the hair's porosity to leave it feeling and looking great.

Frost can be used as an express toner to give you a bit more coolness to your tone. For best results, use every 4-6 shampoos to maintain your cool blonde (or icy silver or any other cool tone) between service visits.
