Suggested Usage

Start by applying your serum and/or moisturizer, then add a spritz of water to protect skin from stretching and provide easy glide prior to using the Jade Roller. Next, visualize an imaginary vertical line running from your forehead to chest. Start on one side of the imaginary line and at the forehead by gently gliding the roller from the imaginary line on the forehead out and down toward the ear.

Continue to periodically spritz water to give the skin elasticity and slip as you glide the Jade Roller onto the skin. Continue to guide the toxins outwards by massaging from the imaginary line outward to ear. Remember to never roll the Jade Roller back and forth, only in one direction from the center of the imaginary line outward to ear. Work your way down the face, staying within the imaginary line on each side and working the Jade Roller outward all the way to the ear. 

As you reach your jawline, make sure to spritz water for elasticity and push the roller along the jaw towards the ear and down to the collarbone. Work gently with the Jade Roller against the skin as the skin tissue is very delicate. Repeat the process on both sides of the face without crossing over the imaginary line on either side.
