POWDER.PUFF is part of the VOLUME regimen, and one of my all-time favorite products for adding a little extra oomph to your ‘doo. Notice the opening is like a smile? Hide the eyes to add more product or shut the mouth for less, so you control how much you use, and you apply only where you need it. All you have to do is apply, and then allow the powder to morph…the end result is instant poof and volume, all from the cutest little jar!
