What It Does:

How You Use It:

Pour 1/8 tsp of Inside/Out per 8 ounces of water (2 tsp per gallon) into water (bath, pan, spray bottle) and agitate until dissolved, then apply to hair and skin as desired.

• Vegetables: To slow nutrient loss during preparation, add 1/2 tsp. of Vitamin C crystals to cooking water or sprinkle on vegetables before steaming
• Meats: To enhance flavor and reduce oxidative free radicals, sprinkle Vitamin C crystals prior to grilling

Directions:

Water De-Chlorination:

Dispense one shake of Crystals per eight (8) ounces of drinking water to remove chlorine or chloramines.

Bath Crystals:

Dispense seven (7) shakes of Crystals into bath water right before sitting in the tub. The movement of the body will dissolve Crystals, allowing for water treatment and therapeutic skin results. Soothes skin and helps improve the appearance of symptoms associated with eczema, psoriasis, diaper rash and other inflammatory conditions.
