How to Order and Payment Options

You can order and pay entirely online using our Secure Transaction Server. Shop throughout our online store and place the items you wish to purchase into your shopping cart. Remember, you may change the quantity of any item in your shopping cart, as well as remove it completely, at any time.

When you have completed all of your shopping, simply fill out and submit the online order including your credit card number, expiration date and all the necessary billing and shipping information. You will then receive an Order Confirmation by email to which you can refer to. Be sure to include your daytime phone number so that we can contact you with any questions regarding your order. 

Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged on all orders shipping to the State of Texas. Please note that tax is computed at the state level when placing your order. Your actual tax may vary depending upon the county where the product is being shipped. 

International Orders

We are currently not taking International orders, however this may changes in the near future.

Order Status

We will automatically send you updates regarding the status of your order via email we have on file. To track your order online, please log into "My Account". If you are not a registered user, you can contact customer services team at sales@hotloxstudio.com. Please be sure to include your order number for a faster service.
If you are a registered Hot Lox customer, you can always check your order status history. Click on My Account dropdown menu at the top right corner of any page and click on Order Number to view a particular order or view the Order History to view your past orders.

Tracking Number

We will send you an email with the tracking number and carrier information as soon as your order is processed and shipped. Please allow approximately 24 hours for your tracking number to update onto the carrier’s website.

Change or Cancel an Order

You can make changes or cancel your order within half hour from the time you submit your order. You may do so by contacting our Customer Services Team at sales@hotloxstudio.com. Order changes include cancellation requests, address changes, shipping upgrades or adding/removing items from your order. After half hour has passed, your order will be locked and can no longer be modified. We will send you an email to confirm for any changes or cancellation request.

Cancelling an Order

You may request a cancellation of your order, provided your order has not been sent to our for fulfillment house or shipped. Promptly email us at sales@hotloxstudio.com with your cancellation request and include your order confirmation number. We will do our very best to cancel the order, and send a confirmation upon cancellation. If your account has already been charged, you can anticipate a refund to your account within 3-4 business days.

Back Orders / Out of Stock Items

All products on Hot Lox website are updated on a daily basis, however, in a rare event if an item you purchased is on backorder or out of stock, we will send you an email or contact you. If your order contains multiple items, we may ship your order partially to expedite your order and give you the option to backorder or cancel the unshipped items. An expected restock date will be provided if available.

At Hot Lox, we accept various methods of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club debit and credit cards. All orders are charged in U.S. dollars.
